And here’s Keres! I learned from the first time with Aidan and only made the bases about 3.5” tall instead of taking up the whole page. It made the whole process a whole lot faster. The top two are more formal and dressy, and the bottom right is casual. Bottom left is her super-special healer’s outfit. The constant use of red with Keres was originally to visually tie her to her husband (specifically his hair) but now it is a symbol of her status as Serendi, a healer who uses Life energy. The symbol for medicine is stitched onto the breast of her apron. She should technically also be wearing a gold seal, but I was focusing on the dresses and completely forgot about it. Basically she would be wearing it as a broach with all of them, over the usual tiny button on the front of the chemise. With the more formal ones she might be wear it as a necklace, but it would always be easily visible.I looked at a variety of dresses from the 1700’s. Unlike Aidan, Keres has fully embraced the melting pot of fashion that exists in the exiled lands and will wear anything she thinks is pretty.(Aidan buys all his clothes in Babylon, and goes for practically above all else. He’s boring like that. The only exception is the formal wear, which Keres bought for him and makes him wear whenever she possibly can.)

Oh man, Keres was TEN TIMES more fun to do. Possibly because I put six of her on a sheet and just sort of went crazy. I think I might have to go back and do Danny this way, because DAMN was I doing it the stupid way. Also also, does she look plus-sized? Because she’s supposed to have a very full figure and I really want to communicate that.
Also I need to put Aidan and Keres standing side by side in the same picture so you can see how tiny he is compared to her. I mean he’s stocky but he is literally 5’0” tall and she’s 5’8”. She could probably pick him up. Zoom
